Alchemy of the Heart is an invitation to dive into Grace, Love, and Unity through a combination of storytelling, processes, and new levels of understanding through self inquiry. It is an invitation to return to center, to come home to your primordial alignment and connection.
This workshop came through at a time of deep despair and deep grace, a time where the life I had, and the person who I identified with was no longer; the structure of my life had completely dissolved. During this time, during my daily meditations into my Akashic Records, My Soul guided me to the Alchemy of the Heart process. My Soul kept guiding me back into my heart, through my emotions, integration, and into my connection with the Divine within me and Life itself. Clearing away illusion and moving through pain, to finally arrive to love, truth, and wholeness.
During this workshop you explore your connection with Life, the evolutionary journey of Life on planet earth, you connect into your heart, your true essence and spirit, and how from this one connection you can empower your life, and all relations, and your life.
It is a deep dive into your innermost aspect of yourself. that space that has no name, no words to explain, only experience.

During Alchemy of the Heart, you will explore your relationship with trust in yourself and life, your communication and listening, your relationship with your inner guidance and life, you will discover your true belonging, and deepen your relationship with your true essence. You’ll experience insights, awakenings, love, grace, belonging, and connection to yourself, others, and life itself.
It is a highly experiential, creative, and expressive process where we open sacred space, you experience moments of silence, song, journaling, storytelling, movement, and active processes with yourself, partners, and the group.
I have come to drag you out of yourself and take you into my heart. I have come to bring out the beauty you never knew you had, and lift you like a prayer to the sky.

The process works best with a min 4 hours and it can also be organized as a whole retreat program of two days or more.
